By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. These guidelines ensure a smooth experience and help us provide the luxury service you deserve.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
• To maintain the highest level of quality, our processing times are as follows:
Raw Bundles & Clip-In Extensions: 5–10 business days
Custom Wigs: 7–14 business days
Products, Tools & Accessories: 1–3 business days
Pre-Orders: Up to 10 business days
Please Note:
Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. national holidays. If you’re ordering for a special event, please plan accordingly.
We can expedite shipping when available — but processing times cannot be rushed.
To request expedited overnight shipping, select USPS® Priority Mail Express® at checkout and email hello@crownedbeautylounge.com with your order number. While we do our best to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed.
For best results, be sure to follow the care instructions included with your extensions. If you have questions, our support team is happy to guide you.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once processing is complete, orders ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.
U.S. Shipping: Typically 2–7 business days
International Shipping: Approximately 10–14 business days
Orders placed after 3 PM ET begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please refer to your tracking link for updates, delays, or carrier notices.
Important Shipping Notes:
Crowned Beauty Lounge is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or delivery issues once the package has been scanned by USPS.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, please contact your local post office directly.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Incorrect addresses may lead to delays.
Returned packages due to wrong addresses require a new shipping fee to be resent.
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase via email.
RETURNS | REFUNDS
At Crowned Beauty Lounge, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our extensions are a personal-wear item, we offer exchanges only within 14 days of your purchase date.
You may exchange for:
An item of equal value
A different item (paying or receiving the difference)
Store credit
Items returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for exchange.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not aligned with our quality standards, Crowned Beauty Lounge will provide:
A prepaid return shipping label, and
Store credit toward a new purchase
We may request photos or video before approving a quality-related exchange to ensure accurate inspection and protect the integrity of our products.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To maintain safety and sanitation standards, all items must be:
In original packaging
Unopened
Unused and uninstalled
Not brushed, washed, altered, or tampered with
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be exchanged.
